Welcome to Add to Cart Design! We aim to provide a seamless, transparent, and sustainable shopping experience. Below is important information about our order processing, shipping policies, and how we use Print-On-Demand services to fulfill your orders.
Processing and Shipping Information
At Add to Cart Design, all products are made to order using Print-On-Demand (POD) services. We partner with Gelatoand Printful to produce and ship our designs, ensuring your items are made just for you, reducing waste and promoting sustainability.
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days (this is the time it takes for either Gelato or Printful to print and prepare your item).
- Shipping Time: Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Estimated shipping time for all locations 5-6 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Depending on your location, your order will be produced at the facility closest to you, either by Gelato or Printful, to minimize shipping times and carbon emissions.
Customs, Import Duties, and VAT
For international customers, import duties, taxes, and VAT may be charged once your order reaches its destination country. These fees are not included in your purchase or shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check your country’s customs policies before purchasing.
Order Fulfillment & Dropshipping
We use both Gelato and Printful as our Print-On-Demand partners. This means your products are printed and shipped by third-party facilities from their global network of fulfillment centers. Depending on the location of the printing facility, your items will ship from the closest hub to you, ensuring faster delivery times.
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages, especially if different fulfillment centers are used. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Order Updates & Delays
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your order details. If there are any delays or changes to your order (e.g., unexpected delays in processing or shipping), we will notify you immediately. Should there be any major issues, you will have the option to adjust or cancel your order.
Sustainable & On-Demand Production
By partnering with Gelato and Printful, we can produce items on demand, meaning no excess stock or wasted materials. This POD model allows us to offer a wide range of designs, colors, and sizes while keeping our environmental impact low. Every item is made specifically for you!
